We will involve in every process step of production and quality control for every batch. For new item, we help and guide the factories to work out the difficulties and avoid sensitive mistakes; For mass production, we will double check if process is followed as agreed or if claims before are suitable solved. And before sending, Luyao will send inspector to go and double check all the quality and all details. In this way, every delivery will be sent with a whole set of documents including material certificate, dimensional report and other required papers. We seldom receive claims doing so.
